How We Work
1. Free roof inspection with photo report. We get on the roof, photograph what we find, and send you a written condition report. You get the report whether or not you hire us.
2. Honest recommendation. If your roof has five good years left, we’ll tell you that. Selling you a roof you don’t need costs us the referral, and referrals are how we stay busy.
3. Clear written quote. Line-itemed, no vague allowances, no surprise change orders.
4. Clean installation. Property protected, magnet-swept for nails at the end of every day, and a final walkthrough before we invoice.
Materials We Install
Most Calgary-area homes are asphalt shingle, and that’s the majority of what we install. We also work in metal, cedar, and synthetic.
Worth asking about: impact-resistant (Class 4) shingles. They’re built to survive hail that would total a standard shingle, and many Alberta insurers offer a premium discount for installing them. On a hail-prone street, they often pay for themselves. Ask us to price both options so you can compare.

Frequently Asked Questions
How long does a roof replacement take? Most single-family homes are a one to two day job, weather permitting. We won’t start a tear-off if we can’t get you dried in the same day.
How do I know if I need a full replacement or just a repair? Age, the condition of the shingle mat, and how widespread the damage is. Our inspection report tells you which one you’re looking at, with photos.
Do you offer a warranty? Yes. We carry a lifetime workmanship warranty on shingle roofs and a 10-year workmanship warranty on metal, on top of the manufacturer’s material warranty.
Are you licensed and insured? Fully licensed, WCB covered, and carrying liability insurance. We’ll send you the certificates before we start.
