Who we are
Apex Roof Solutions & Exteriors was founded in 2025 and is based at 5735 7th St NE, Calgary. We roof homes and buildings across Southern Alberta. We tell you what we see, what it needs and what it does not — then we do the work clean and stand behind it.
The company is new. The experience is not. Patrick Neustaeter brings 22 years in roofing to every estimate and every crew decision. That distinction matters, and we say it plainly.
Meet the team
You’ll deal with real people who own the job from first call to final inspection — not a call centre and not a revolving door of subcontractors you never meet.
Patrick Neustaeter
Owner & CEO
Patrick started Apex after 22 years on roofs — estimating, installing and running jobs through Alberta weather. He built the company around straight answers, clean sites and photo reports you can keep. When you book an estimate, you’re dealing with someone who still knows what the work looks like up close.
Kerry Campbell
COO, Field Operations
Kerry runs field operations and scheduling so crews show up ready, sites stay tidy and jobs finish the way they were scoped. He’s the link between the estimate and the roof — making sure what we promised on paper is what gets installed.
Michael Conrad
Sales
Michael helps homeowners and property managers through the estimate and, when it’s a storm or insurance job, through the claim conversation. Clear options, no pressure — so you know what’s covered, what’s optional and what Apex recommends before anyone steps on your roof.
