What is APEX+?
APEX+ is our roof care membership. Hail, chinook freeze-thaw cycles and wind wear on Calgary roofs every year. A yearly inspection catches small problems, like a lifted flashing or a blocked downspout, before they turn into leaks.
Your first year of APEX+ Essential is included with your new roof. We don't collect payment details, and nothing renews automatically.

One spring inspection
A full inspection once the snow clears, usually April to June. You don't need to be home.
Written photo report
A written condition report with photographs, so you can see what we saw and keep a record of your roof's condition.
10% off repair labour
10% off repair labour during your membership year. Labour only. See the details below.
Transfers with the home
Selling? Any remaining membership transfers to the new owner at no cost. Just let us know.

- Valleys, ridge and hips

- Attic ventilation and moisture, where there's safe access
- How the roof came through its first winter

Essential is included. If you want more visits and a bigger repair discount, you can upgrade to Pro or Elite when you accept your estimate. You only pay the difference over Essential.

Repair discount
Applies to repair labour only during your membership year. It doesn't apply to materials, full roof replacement or insurance-funded restoration. One discount per work order, and it can't be combined with other offers.
Service area
Homes within 60 km of Calgary city centre are included. Beyond 60 km, we schedule your inspection with our next planned trip to your area. If you need a specific date outside 60 km, a travel charge may apply, and we'll quote it first.
What an inspection is
A visual condition assessment. It's not an engineering, structural or insurance appraisal. Any repairs we find are quoted separately. APEX+ doesn't change your workmanship warranty or your manufacturer warranties.
APEX+ FAQ
What's included in the free first year?
12 months of APEX+ Essential: one spring inspection, a written condition report with photos, and 10% off repair labour. It starts automatically at substantial completion of your new roof.
Do I need to sign up or give a credit card?
No. There's nothing to sign up for or activate. We don't collect payment information, and there's no card on file.
What happens after year one?
Nothing renews automatically and nothing is charged. Your included membership simply ends after 12 months. Continuing is entirely optional — we'll discuss Pro or Elite (or staying on Essential) with you at your spring inspection.
Can I upgrade to Pro or Elite?
Yes. Choose an upgrade when you accept your estimate and you pay only the difference over Essential. Ask us for current upgrade pricing by home size.
Do I have to be home for the inspection?
No, you don't need to be home. You'll get a written condition report with photos afterward.
Does APEX+ affect my warranty?
No. APEX+ doesn't change your Apex workmanship warranty or your manufacturer warranties. See Warranty.
