How a Roof Replacement Works

Seven steps, plain and simple, from the first call to the final walkthrough.

Call us or send your details. We reply the same business day.

We get up on the roof, look at what you have and send you photos with plain-language notes.

Estimates are free. You get the scope in writing so you know what is being done.

We book a start date that works for you, weather permitting.

We strip the old roof, check the deck, and install the new system: underlay, ice and water, shingles or other roofing, flashing and ventilation.

We walk the job, clean up and send photos of the finished roof.

Your complimentary first year of APEX+ maintenance begins.

Free estimates. Same business day reply.
